Last night FWA showed their appreciation to their loyal clients with a tasty French culinary experience.
The event was hosted by Rob Brainard of Principal Funds at the Sweet Basil Gourmetware & Cooking School in Scottsdale.
The 20 or so clients broke up into groups of 2-3 people each and tackled a different dish.
The clients got to work on this delicious meal by splitting up the preparation of the tasty courses in smaller groups.
Chef Eric Naddy taught them some new skills with kitchen techniques suited to these dishes.
